personal experiences update – facial structure picture comparison after 1.5 year use

The last weeks have been extremely busy at work and therefore less time to spend on aging studies. As result I have left my supplementation scheme unchanged since the last personal experience update. You can read my past supplement experiences in the separate page here. Ever since starting to actively trying to influence my aging I have taken pictures. It is impossible to notice changes that are happening very slow. It helps to have pictures that allow to compare with the past. I wrote in the previous personal experience updates that I noticed my facial structure was improving. While comparing some pictures from today with last year it struck me how visible the improvement is. Ofcourse this is all in the eye of the beholder and as it is about me ofcourse I like to see it positive. So I decided to post a cut out below so people can judge for them self.

The contrast is not exactly identical between the pictures but they show what I can also feel when touching my face, it has more substance and structure. In particular look at the nose lines and mouth areas. Cheek and eye area also are fuller at least in my view……Sorry for the watermarking but I have noticed that there is straight copying from this blog to other places and I don’t target to have this picture all over the net.

Anyone have views about the benefits or otherwise of combining NR with very low dose rapamycin?
